Context
Jeep aimed to unify its digital presence across web, mobile, tablet, social, and OLA channels while launching new vehicle lineups in a competitive automotive market. The challenge: create a seamless, premium Jeep experience across every screen and campaign, driving engagement and sales while reflecting the brand’s rugged, adventurous identity.

Challenge 
Build cohesive brand expression across digital products, marketing campaigns, and experiential touchpoints.
Ensure consistent user experience for multiple vehicle lineups, from landing pages to interactive spec tools.
Align creative vision across internal teams, regional offices, and client stakeholders.
Deliver measurable engagement, lead generation, and conversion metrics across multi-screen channels.

Approach 
Developed a holistic digital design system integrating UI patterns, interaction principles, typography, motion, and visual identity.
Led cross-functional collaboration between UX designers, front-end developers, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and usability.
Introduced iterative testing and data-driven optimizations, embedding performance metrics into creative decision-making.
Mentored junior and senior creatives, fostering craft, clarity, and taste at scale.
